    Hi @doublezed2,

Sorry but it didnt work for me. Now, can i know how how to do this?

Having a look at the current setup, I can see that two types of tag have been implemented (WooCommerce and manual).
    ?
Keep in mind that for the correct functioning of the tag, just one implementation is required.
    ?
I would kindly suggest you to remove one of the two implementation to let the tag track properly events.

Note: i can’t access them inside the plugin!

    Thanks in advance

    Hi @grouphowto

I see that this thread discussion has stretched out quite a bit. To ensure we’re tracking together, do you still see the “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page” message when you try to access the Pinterest settings page?

Please note we’re aware of this issue, and have already fixed it in version 1.3.25. If you’re still experiencing this problem, could you please confirm that you’ve updated to the latest version? Once you’ve done that, please head over to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:

    • WooCommerce transients – Clear
    • Expired transients – Clear
    • Clear template cache – Clear
    • Capabilities – Reset Capabilities
    • Clear customer sessions -Clear
    • Product lookup tables – Regenerate
    • Regenerate the product attributes lookup table – Regenerate

Next, please clear your browser and site cache and then check again.

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Hi @doublezed2,

Thank you for your information, but this step has been done before. No solution.

    Hello Jack Lamters,

    Thank you for your reply.

After reading the previous messages, I noticed that you faced three different issues at different times.
1- Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.
2- Product feed not yet configured on Pinterest.
3- An error occurred while attempting to fetch Advertisers & Tags from Pinterest.

The issue number 1 is fixed after you updated the plugin to version 1.3.25.
    Is that correct?

Now you are facing issue number 2 and 3.
    Is that correct?

If this is the case, I suggest you create a new topic for issues 1 and 2.
This will help us avoid confusion with already resolved issue 1 and adhere to forum guidelines.

    Appreciate your cooperation.
Looking forward to assisting you further on the new topic. ??

    Best regards.
