Can someone help me identify which theme this site uses please? (Or identical)

According to the stylesheet, it’s a Twenty Twelve child theme, and according to whatwpthemeisthat.com, it’s got the Grand Media plugin installed.

And by the way, since the content of the body are just images, i should find a theme that outputs images in the middle right and not text?

You can use any theme you want. On the site you linked, the designer used the plugin to generate the gallery, but WordPress has its own built-in gallery as well.

Is it a plugin or something that a user can just do by themselves?

The site designer used the Grand Media plugin and the Phantom module of said plugin to create the gallery. Do you have that plugin downloaded?
