What exactly are the items of “Business Units”, “business1”, “copyright” and “Heder address” ? Is there a way I can find what pages or posts are included for those items?

Also, on the available widgets section is a listing of other items. How do those items works and what can I do and how do I decide to put them where?

Also.. how does the theme sidebars work?
