Can somebody help me to upgrade the plugin?

Hi! I am trying to use this fantastic plugin with a template that adds a so called “widget rules” to all the widget. It adds a field in the wp_options table with some Json inside and I need to import and export also this parts. Does anybody have some ideas to do this?.
