    Hi,

is the Google Site Kit plugin also inserting analytics code for amp sites? So my standard sites use the standard code and amp sites use the amp analytics code?

    Best regards,
    Bastbra

Hi Bastra, good question. Site Kit can indeed insert your Analytics tracking snippet for your AMP URLs in standard mode. All you need to do is follow the standard Analytics module setup procedure, and allow Site Kit to insert the snippet.

Let us know if you have any further questions on this.

    I did this ??

Can I deactivate every other plugin which insert anayltics code or amp analytics code now without any effect on my analytics? (I had problems, because a lot of users weren’t recognized by the plugins, I hope that will fix the issue?)

    Best regards,

And if I don’t disable them, will I get double viewers instead of the real ones?

It’s up to users to decide if they would like to use other Analytics plugins alongside Site Kit. Some plugins have features that work different to similar plugins. It is however important to ensure there is only one Analytics snippet active on your site. If you’re using another plugin (not Site Kit) to place your Analytics snippet Site Kit can recognize this and use this existing snippet to ensure there are no duplicate snippets.
