can show share count without db in sql?

  • Increasing the cache expiration will solve this. Than the db is not called within that time frame.

    This happens for me as well and we have the cache at an hour or more.

    I’ve found that when the site public.newsharecounts.com is down, it takes my entire site down.

    Rene, any suggestions that might solve this issue?

    I will change they way the share counts are aggregated in one of the next updates to bypass this behavior.
