• I’m new to the Mad Hat theme, I downloaded it earlier this morning, and one strange thing is happening: the right column of the main page has dredged up an old image I had once considered using way back when I started the site 2 years ago, but decided against it.

To the left of the image is the word ” Search … “

This is the area where a lot of blogs might have an image of the site owner and maybe a little info about her/himself.

The problem is I can’t figure out where I can remove or update this section of the main page. It sits above Recent Posts, Recent Comments, Archives and Categories.

If anyone can tell me where this section of the page is picking this photo and text up from, and how to remove or edit them, I’d really appreciate it.

PS – I’m not a hardcore WP expert, so please be as detailed as possible in your reply.

    Thanks!
