I would like to know how can I use Relevanssi 3.5.8 on template Divi, ver. 3.0.39, on WordPress 4.7.3. Both my programmer and web designer tried everything you wrote on the subject, but the search engine didn’t work anyway. Looks like all we need for my web site is there in the free version. So we try to make it work. Not successful so far. We need your support. And of course, if your support costs something, I will pay you.

I have inserted the file search.php
    Regards,
    Dimov

Relevanssi works with Divi straight out of the box, no modifications necessary. If it’s not working, then the problem is somewhere else.

How exactly is the search not working? Are you able to build an index?

We’ve followed all your instructions, we’ve built an index, but the plugin doesn’t work anyway.

If you want, I can explain you better, show you screenshots and give you access to the site. Of course, I’ll pay you for your support.

    I emailed you.

I am having the same issue on my results. I am using DIVI theme and Relevanssi but the search results include the short codes. I am not a programmer so all both are pretty much out of the box. I have not done any customization to the code. Is there an easy fix for Relevancy to not display the Divi short codes?
