    Hi Everyone!

Have a very compelling need for a WordPress forum that:

    1. I can make exclusive to a certain security level
    2. Will send out ALL new forum posts to registered forum members at their email accounts.
    3. Will accept replies back in, post in the forums, and then email out to everyone else (or, if need be, everyone) the email/post just received.

Will Website Toolbox Forums handle that?

    Thanks!

    Hi!

Thanks for inquiring about the Website Toolbox WordPress Forum Plugin.

Let me address your questions below…

    1. Yes, Website Toolbox Forums allow you to create user groups and assign detailed permissions to each user group for the whole forum or for individual categories in the forum.

    2. The feature of emailing all posts to forum members is currently in development and should be available within one month. In the meantime, members can be notified of posts by following/subscribing to a category. It’s as simple as clicking a Follow button in the category. Additionally, a weekly digest email is automatically sent to the user when they haven’t visited the forum in one week. The email contains a summary of all the top discussions taking place that week.

    3. There is currently no way to reply to a post or post to the forum via email. That is a feature we’re working on and expect it to be available within 6 months.
