Can register but can’t login after logout

When you attempt to log-in do you see any errors in the browser’s console (developer tools console)? If not, can you try enabling debug mode in order to get more verbose output?

It may be fruitful to check the user permissions of the account you are trying to add a ticket with. That user may not have the correct permissions.
