Can product name and product title be different?

You may want to go to the product edit page and change the product name to Tongkat Ali and add/edit buy-tongkat-ali-extract-online-in-mumbai-pune-anywhere-in-india-in-small-quantities in the permalink:

If I do what you suggested it changes the name in the page title also to Tongkat Ali and not what is in the URL.

Thank you for clarifying. There isn’t a built-in way to have different name and page tile like the way you prefer. There might be an SEO plugin that could do it, but otherwise, I’d recommend consulting with a web developer or one of the services on our Customizations page: https://woocommerce.com/customizations/
