Can Pro version still be purchased?

    Billing state field not shown on checkout form (just the label that says “Billing state field.”).

    I’m in the U.S.

    Fingers crossed, looks like a great product.

    Hi, I am currently using an US proxy to simulate your case in Germany. I am seeing the state/province dropdown. Please empty the browser cache or try it with another browser.

    Ah, ok, if the country is changed the States field disappears. I am working on that.

    In the online shop there is a contact form and a support forum. The user also asked me by email. I ask myself why interested people ask questions about the premium plugins here at wp.org if contact methods are available in the shop.
