Phone numbers and e-mails can be hidden in messages exchanged by users.

Let me explain: I would like a user A to write a message to user B with a phone number or an e-mail. user b will receive a series of asterisks instead of the number or email (example: ********* instead of 33333333)

Is there any php snippet to insert into function.php to achieve this?
