Can Other Subscription Fields Be Added, Beyond Email?

When a visitor subscribes using this plugin, are there any other fields that can be added (e.g. name) to the sign-up form, beyond the email field, which would then be transmitted to the subscriber’s profile when it is created in MailerLite?
