Can other members comment on Photo?

I haven’t install the Plugin yet, nor I am using Ultimate Member plugin. I am still looking for the right Members Plugin, that will work with OptimizePress. This one looks like a great addition though, since I need to build a members profile pages, with gallery. My question is if there is a way of commenting on photos (like in Instagram) and sharing photos? Can other Members leave a comment under the photo?
