Can only wordpress admin users move other users out of pending review?

    No just received a similar ticket so thought you might have double postsed. Tickets submitted via website are for paying customer only. This forum is for free users.

    Users can be approved from all users page using actions at top of user list. So if you can give a user access to that page they should be able to do it.
