Can you show a screenshot of the admin menu and everything that is currently listed there for you?

What is the role that the user you’re using has? Possible that you don’t meet the default requirements.

This is a clients site, so I assume we have admin role. Going to confirm that though.

Out of box, all the menu items should rely on the manage_options capability, but we do allow that to be filtered at one spot. We also have an extra action hook for other menu items to be added as well.

That said, I’m curious if the site is maybe removing some of the menu items for some reason, and your user is perhaps getting “caught” in that as well. It is definitely possible to remove submenu items from elsewhere in WP code, without the plugin even being aware.

Something to check on with the client, in case someone’s done some customizations somewhere.

Thanks for getting back to me on this. At this point the client chose to revisit this issue in the future, for now I am going to mark this as resolved.

Thanks again for your help! Sorry we couldn’t figure it out.
