    Hello,

    Spent about an hour searching the forum here as well as de-activating plugins, changing themes etc. and I can only get half of the capability of this plugin to work.

    Per the subject, if I select a page to redirect to in the tab, it works like a charm, however, if I select ‘external URL’ and input the page I want to send people to:

    https://scpinkflamingo.com/wp/store/?model_number=SinglePlayerRegistration

    Mail gets sent and no redirection happens at all. If I select the main page of the store on the site, I can send them there, but I want to send people to different products within the store as they have unique URL’s.

    CF7 version = 5.1.6
    CF Redirect version = 1.3.5

    Let me know if you need a screenshot of my admin panel, but hopefully this is pretty straight forward…

    This happens in Firefox and Edge, Private browsing or not.

    If this is a Pro feature, I am cool with that as your price is reasonable, and I am in the software biz, so I get it that you need to eat ??

    Hopefully this is a brain fart on my part as I am not seeing anything obvious in my error logs either.

    Sorry for the delayed response, your reply got caught in my junk folder.

    The box is checked, and no redirection. I get the ‘your message has been sent’ note at the bottom of the form, and I get the e-mail just fine, but I NEVER get redirected.

    If I select a page in the dropdown list, that works fine, but no external URL’s.

    Let me know if you need an admin account to check. I know this is a free plugin and your time is valuable, so if I can get this working, I will happily buy the pro version so that you can get compensated for taking the time to help me!

    I just did it once again where I disabled all plugins and flipped to a new theme (I didn’t change themes previously) and the results are the same.

    I am backing up the site now and will e-mail you admin creds once it is complete.
