Can not use side bar link

Hello,

I am using linkrain template on https://www.kazbaonline.com/wordpress but am unable to add links in the side bar. Infact, I have tried several templates but still can not get the links to work.

When I go to presentation/widgets in my dashboard, there is a link box but it won’t work. In other words, when I try to add a link, it does not load and just stays empty.

Also how do I add images to the side bar?
