Can not upload picture via add media button and drag and drop

  • Can not upload picture via add media button and drag and drop in my post.
    however, i can upload it in library and copy its url and add it into post. but this is very irritating and time consuming.
    i have admin rights, i and all my other frnds havning author rights are facing same problem.
    i am hosting all my site on iPage ( using WordPress essential hosting) and only https://www.thenextrex.com is facing this problem, other sites https://www.fashionkibatain.com and study-material.info are working fine,

    i am giving url, this url contain the screenshot of the pic, i.e. the screen i see ( the problem i face)
    when i click add media its a blank page that i see

    please tell me what do i do to fix it

  • Have you tried using a different browser?

    Is your browser fully updated?

    Also, try to clear your browser cache.
    Restart the computer.
