can not upload image as admin

  • Been working on this issue on an off for a month now. We’ve found with a php.ini file added and htaccess codes changed for file routing no change to our issue. However working on it tonight we noticed that the issue only seems to show up on 1 PC. My wifes laptop get’s an error message after an image is loaded to 100%. However on my desktop the image loads fine in a post. However we both recieve the same error trying to change the header in the Theme.

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20732 bytes) in /home/carrieh/public_html/sweetlife/wp-includes/media.php on line 254

    So far nothing has fixed this message. We run through the same gateway for internet access and it was reset this morning. Not sure what is blocking her PC. She’s running Win 7 64 bit using firefox.

    Checking in the ftp server I am finding all the images loaded into wp-include/uploads/2011/6. The files are there. It seems like when wordpress or the theme is trying to resize and create a new file it is getting stopped. I am wondering if the server is not allowing it to write a new file in so it comes back with this error.
