Can not upload image

Today I added a new post with “Featured Image” but can not upload image,it says:“UltraDefrag.jpg” has failed to upload due to an error
The uploaded file could not be moved to /var/www/vhosts/downpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/10.
But using FTP to upload image to the file works fine.
It works well few days ago.
