Can NOT upload audiofiles from fpt to products download

  • hello. Every time i try to drag files into the product download -i get files that looks like this : fz3-12664608819130
    I have read in forums that the shell in ftp is not activated and i have tried to do the tutorial on how to fix it but still have no fix.
    I have no troubble to upload but when i add files to the product download it just will not work. HELP
