Can not update wordpress 4.5.3 to latest version 4.6.1

  • The auto update fails, Have tried the manual procedure as well but it also fails. Balnk screen appears when I click on auto update. My site is themesforu.com. Images also does not load on the site. I dont know what to do.

    You seem to be getting a few 404 errors (at least on images and such). This could be a few things: access rights to files, permalinks or mod_rewrite issues.

    Are you getting any specific errors when updating (even manually)?
