Can not update my wordpress

When I try to update my site in theme options and save it I get the following error:

The webpage at https://www.502videopost.com/wp-admin/options.php might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): Unknown error.

I have used several computers and get the same message I have also deactivated all plug-ins and have had the same issues. I contacted my hosting provider and they sent me this message:

I am sorry to hear that you were experiencing issues with your WordPress blog site. I apologize but we are only able to support the installation and accessibility of your open source applications installed through your Network Solutions account manager. Any questions specific to features or functions of the application will need to be addressed by the software creator.

I need help….I can do nothing to update my site….Help!
