Can not Translate some dtrings

  • Hello

    Thank you for the awesome loco plugin !!

    some strings can not go back to their default language “English” I have deleted the plugin and both files from Cpanel but they are still there ,,, I want to translate them differently because some of them are wrong

    the plugin is woocomeerce points and rewards

    This does not sound like an issue with Loco Translate. It does not keep strings in memory or in the database. All it does is create the files you say you’ve deleted. So either you’ve deleted the wrong files, or not all the files, or something else is caching them.

    I am 100% deleted all files related to the translation. However do you think this is something to do with the database or something else ? please any idea ? so I can narrow this

    If you have 100% deleted all files then your issue is not related to my plugin and I cannot provide any ideas or guesses about your problem. I suggest you ask on an open help forum.
