Can not stop email notifications.

    Hi,

    Impossible to stop the email notifications.

    Even when the check box is checked: Disable Email Summaries weekly delivery. Checked

    Even if I deactivate your plugin, I still receive those anoying email notification (always the same, with the same figures (numbers)

    This is a BIG bug!

    I have this bug on 2 websites!

    Please help me resolve this.

  • Hi @hitechbiniou,

    Usually when we get reports of this, the Email Summaries are actually being generated by another site.

    Could you please take a look at the footer of the email that you’re receiving to confirm which site is generating these weekly summaries and disable the option on that site?

    Hi,

    You where right!
    The notifications was comming from a test site I had on my own server.
    sorry.

    Couldn’t know from checking the footer because both websites where name the same.
