Can not stop Cron Job.

I noticed today that cron job https://fritzimages.com/blog/wp-cron.php?65b54e4dc30c00bdad82ea7d36cefe0d&action=wysija_cron&process=all&silent=1 is running every five minutes.
My mailpoet plugins + pro were not active ( I no longer send newsletters)
I reactivated both plugins and found and copied wysija cron job path
I went to Cpanel/cron and created a cron job with 1 year recurring using the path
I deactivated plugs in and thought that would stop this mailpoet cron job from running
However,
My Cpanel activity log, still shows this cron job running every 5 minutes

Any ideas what is calling this cron job to run and how to stop it ?
