can not setup Woocommertce payments

    Hi,

    When setting up my payments (from woocommerse settings) I get an error “upgrader install failed”.

    When trying to install the woocommerce plugin the error says that de folder allready exists.

    Can someone please help me.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    I understand you are trying to install WooCommerce Payments, but for some reason, it’s not installing and says the plugin folder already exists.

    Can you try to connect with your website via FTP or by hosting file manager, go to /wp-content/plugins, and remove the WooCommerce Payments plugin directory?

    Once done, please try to install the plugin again and see if it installs this time. If not, I’ll recommend you reach out to your hosting support and see if your site has any file permission issues which they could fix.
