Can not set Default Agent on all properties

    Hello, I see no option to select a default agent on all imported properties. I set my Admin info as a new agent so that it match’s Author on the property, but it does not display. I have go in manually and set ” Who will be in charge of property” select “Agent” and then select the agent manually. Even if I select all properties from the list & quick edit and select the agent, it does not change.

    I went to Field Builder under basics, but do not see a field for that, am I doing it incorrectly?

    If I can not use the Admin info as an agent and I have to create a new agent, how would I make all Imported property the Author by the agent?

    Okay, I kinda figured it out, on contact box option, select emails to be sent admin & agents, all properties by default fall under admin email and if you have a specific agent which you assign to the property, then it will be sent to them instead, only thing is the Admin won’t have a logo ( Company logo ) on the contact box because its not an actual registered agent, but the emails will go to the Admin email ( Company ) …
