can not see “Noto Sans TC” in content field

    I used my windows 10 PC to test above website with different browsers. The headline of the page and sidebar can show “Noto Sans TC”. But the content of the article can not show “Noto Sans TC”. All other pages in the website have the same problem of not showing “Noto Sans TC” in the content of article.

    But it is ok when I used my mobile phone (chrome browser).

    The problem seems happened after the latest plugin update.
