Hi, I am trying to restore another database but I can not find the backup-db folder in wp-content.
So I have created my own backup-db folder in wp-content. But I can still not see any sql file which I have copied into here.

Assuming this may be related I have the following errors which I have tried to fix but did not work.
To correct this issue, make the folder /home/mir/public_html/wp-content/backup-db writable.
To correct this issue, move the file from /home/blhad/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-dbmanager/htaccess.txt to /home/mir/public_html/wp-content/backup-db/.htaccess

    Can anyone help??

The backup file to be restored has to be the same naming convention as the plugin. If you are using a custom dump, I recommend using PHPMYAdmin to restore instead.

How do I find what the same naming convention as the plugin is? I do not have access to phpmyadmin as I would have done it like this.
    Thanks
