Can not save MPN

    Hi there,

    we can not save any entries in mpn field. We use correct character for this field, for exampe “PKG-F3B-SVC-BASIC”.

    After saving the mpn field is blank, here is a screenshot: https://snipboard.io/OVr2vS.jpg

    Could you help with this issue?

    Hi Dennis,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    Those extra fields, such as the MPN input field are part of the paid Elite version of our plugin. Are you using the paid version?

    Hi,

    no we do not have the paid elite version but it is curious, because we have some cases the is a MPN set but we can not changed it.

    The question is, why we have this field, even though we don′t have elite version?
