    I am trying to set lazy load and thumbnail settings on the album. Default settings are preserved after click save button. This is a multi site WP. Site information is attached below.

    Thank you for the topic.

    We have checked your website and noticed that you have a great number of images inserted in the gallery.

    I want to mention that the plugin itself doesn’t have any limitations.
    However, there may be a limitation set by your Server. That is why this kind of issue may arise for you.

    So, please get in touch with your Hosting Provider and ask them to expand the following PHP values or do it on your own via the cPanel.

    max_input_variables – 20000
    time_limit – 600
    max_input_time – 600

    Please expand the values and let us know whether the problem is solved or not for you.

    Hi Jasmine,

    Thanks for your reply. I have updated php settings with the given values without success. Even if i change settings of the album, the values stay unchanged.

    Is it possible to update db directly with the required options? Lazy loading and thumbnail size is enough for me. The first loading time is very long due to the size of photos in the album.
