    Hello Jetpack support!

    While testing an issue connecting the blog to wordpress.com, we got this error message:

    {"error":"Can not resolve your domain \"A record\"","error_description":"We were unable to resolve the A record for your domain. It is likely that you have recently registered your domain name. It takes several hours for new or transferred domain names to start working, so please come check back later. If you're still having the same error after 48 hours, please contact your web hosting provider."}

    The blog domain resolves just fine, we checked the DNS and it resolved fine. The domain has way more than 48 hours of being registered.

    Other blogs on the same server are working just fine, it’s just this subdomain blog.

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

    Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1. Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2. Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3. Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4. Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5. Click the “Contact Support” button to send us the debug results privately. It’s best not to post this information on public forums, as it contains private details about your site.

    Thanks!

    check that your subdomain is defined as A, not as CNAME.
