can not reset my password

  • Hi
    after forgetting my password I have followed the usual steps to get new password via email, but after receiving the email to follow the link to the next step which is to insert my username or email to get the password via email. but strange thing happens, its says the username and email are wrong. and now I can not do anything. Please help
