I have some problems with my WP installation. One of them is that I can not remove leftover database tables using this function in WP-Optimize.

I have tried to deactivate all plugins except of WP-Optimize, but with no success. I have tried to go back to an earlier version of WordPress, but with no success.

    WP-Optimize 3.1.6 – running on: PHP 7.3.26, MySQL 10.3.27, WP 5.6.1

Exact same problem. I removed 2 tables, then went back for others and the functionality isn’t there anymore.

If it was an update would have been nice to know it was going to happen and justification. I hope it wasn’t removed for ‘safety’ – using this plugin already has disclaimers over it.

You can remove the orphaned tables from WP-Optimize > Database > Tables, Do you see Remove option for tables for the plugins that’s not active/installed?

    Thanks,

    Thanks. Yes I understand.

Late yesterday I realized what was wrong: I had enabled all Security headers using the Really simple ssl Pro plugin. Now having removed some of them WP-Optimize works again.
