Can not refund to customer in woo dashboard

The mechanism for entering refund amounts is not controlled by the stripe plug-in but rather woocommerce.

The refund amounts are entered at the line item level, the field that you are trying to enter a refund amount for is display only.

So, How can i make refund in woocommerce then it automatic send refund request to Stripe Dashboard?
Can we do that? Or i need go to Stripe dashboard to make refund?

When you click the “Refund via Stripe” button then it will communicate with Stripe and refund the amount.

I watched the video – very helful, but I do not have the “Refund via Stripe” button.
I have the Manual Refund option only.
Could it be due to some settings?

Make sure the order you’re trying to refund was processed by Stripe and you have the pligin active.
