can not reach login page

Hi,

When I try to open this urls:
https://www.mypage.de/wp-admin
https://www.mypage.de/wp-login.php
there comes a 404 Error Page

That is the correct behavior when you enable Rename Login Page feature under Brute Force. The correct way to access your admin login is by using the following example: www.yoursite.com/secretword.

yes, what I was trying to say was:

there is only a white Page

Hi, try to recreate your permalink settings in WordPress. Go to Settings -> Permalinks and click on Save Changes button. Let me know how you go.

Also if you have a cache plugin, make sure you clear your cache as well.

Hi I can’t go to settings, because my problem is that I can’t login.

There is no Cache Plugin.

When I deactivate all other Plugins (rename the Folders) there is the same behaviour

So after you followed my steps above you still can’t get in, even if you type the following https://www.mypage.de/wp-login.php while the plugin is deactivated? What if you rename the plugins folder using FTP? That would disable all plugins. Give this a try and let me know how you go. Once you are logged in, rename the plugins folder back to its original name.

Hi, the best solution for you now would be to recover your site from a backup. I hope you do have a recent backup? If you don’t, then the other option would be to delete AIOWPS plugin from the database. Please check the following documentation. Let me know if this helps you.

I recommend before you take drastic steps such as restoring the site from backup, that you first try and see why this is happening and which plugin is causing the conflict.

Try enabling the WP debug:

Then check if you are getting any errors displayed when you try going to the wp-login.php page and also check the wp debug log file.

Another thing to do is to deactivate ALL plugins – see this:

Then check again to see if the problem has gone away.
If so, then proceed to activate each plugin one by one until you find the one causing the conflict.
