Can not process test payment because gateway says I’m in live mode

    I have configured the Stripe (One Click Upsell) payment gateway and have enabled test mode. When I go to test a funnel I have created in Test Mode, I get the following error:

    “Your card was declined. Your request was in live mode, but used a known test card.”

    Nothing is in Live Mode so I don’t understand why I am getting this error and can’t use the test card details to make a payment.

    Thank you for trying our plugin!

    As per your query, I would like to tell you that, it happens usually when you have another Stripe gateway plugins installed and active on your site

    So please check and disable other Stripe gateways, only use one at a time & it will work fine.

    Also please make sure if you are using our plugin’s free version then, only COD(Cash On Delivery) as a payment gateway is supported.

    Thanks for your response.

    I am using the premium version of the plugin.

    Currently, I have only the following two payment methods enabled:

      PayPal ( One Click Upsell )
      Stripe ( One Click Upsell )`

    I have even tried deactivating my stripe plugin but I get the same error if the plugin is active or not. Error: “Your card was declined. Your request was in live mode, but used a known test card.”

    I have cleared all cookies and tried incognito and can not get the payment to go through.

    What else can I try?

    Ok so please try these things and let me know.

    >First, activate the Official Stripe and deactivate the Upsell stripe.

    >Please also re-check the APIs you have entered.

    >Check-in any other browser too for this.
