Can not optimize the firewall / learning mode forever

    Hi! I need help to configure the firewall. Its in learning mode forever and never stops configuration mode. What can I do?

    Hi @rookman, thanks for getting in touch.

    I can take a look at your site’s diagnostic report, which may contain insight into why the firewall won’t optimize if you send it to wftest @ wordfence . com. You can do this directly by using the link at the top of the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

    NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email
