Can not move widgets around in WordPress

This problem just started with a client of mine. I am using the plugin “Display Widgets” as this site is quite large and we only want certain widgets to show up on certain pages. There are 180 widgets that show up on certain pages throughout the site. This site has always had at least 150 of them from the beginning and has been running for over a year no problem, even when adding widgets. So now, in the admin, I am not able to drag a widget to a new location. Funny thing is, I can drag it up but not down.
