Can not modify fields because of database error

    Hi,
    Whenever I try to modify a form, I get the following error –
    The data can not be stored in database because of database structure error…

    Tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin – but no change.

    Would be happy for your help.

    Hello @ranishachar,

    What version of the plugin are you using?

    If you have installed the Professional version of the plugin overwriting the files of the free version, please, go to the plugins section in your WordPress and deactivate/activate the plugin to allow it check the database and include the new columns required by the professional version.

    I am using the pro version, but even after I deactivate/activate the plugin the error still happens.

    However, the issue reported usually occurs if the user you have entered into the wp-config.php file, for connecting with the website’s database, does not have sufficient privileges for running “ALTER TABLE” queries in the database.
