    Hello –

I am trying to make a poll on my website for work. I added two custom fields, one for email and one for name. It works in IE but i can not make a selection in Firefox if i have the two custom fields. If I remove them then I can select a radio button. We really need to be able to capture their name and email though…

Thoughts? We do use a custom theme but again I can take the poll just fine in internet explorer

    Hey roddy228,

Edit the template you used for your poll and in Template Before Vote section add <div style=”clear: both;”> before <div id=”yop-poll-custom-%POLL-ID%”>

    Best wishes,

    Hey roddy228,

    Sorry about that!
You should add <div style=”clear: both;”> before <div id=”yop-poll-custom-%POLL-ID%”> in the Template Before Vote section.

    Hi roddy228,

When you edit your template there are 6 main sections that you can customize: Template Before Vote, Template After Vote, Template Before Start Date, Template After End Date, CSS and JavaScript.

You should go to the very first section, which is Template Before Vote and here you’ll find this line <div id=”yop-poll-custom-%POLL-ID%”>

Right above it add <div style=”clear: both;”> and save.

    Best wishes,

We tested your poll in IE, Chrome and Firefox and it works properly. We were able to vote each time. Please hit CTRL + F5 and try again.
