    I use 2 plugin for securities
    iThemes Security
    Wordfence Security

    when I deactive these two plugin, i can login to dashboard;

    I try to add ip 45.147.4.227 to whitelist and active these two plugin, but It’s block.

    Please suggest that what is the ip address or protocal that I need to let pass the secuty policy

    Yes , free version should request from our server, that maybe block by your plugin. You can consider use paid version with POS host in your site, no relationship to our server, it will resolve your issue. Thanks
