Can not log into my site. URGENT. need help

Do you have a problem with logging into the WordPress dashboard, or do you have a problem logging into your website’s login area from your Homepage? Or are they the same thing?

ok thanks. I am having a problem logging into my website’s login area. Yes this is the same as the wordpress dashboard login. when I go to my homepage https://www.acrossthefader.com/radio and click on the login tab, then login, i get stuck at a blank all white page.

Do you know how that was implemented? The standard advice we give is to deactivate your plugins and switch themes, however that may just remove your login functionality.

The last change I made was updating the theme. I’m not sure if that has anything to do with it. I’m not sure how to do that, I can’t login to my dashboard to deactivate them. And if it removes it completely I wouldn’t be able to login.

Previously I selected to deactivate the wp login page and to use the login page at https://www.acrossthefader.com/radio/login which is the same as when you click on the log in tab on my menu.

Side note – When I noticed this happening yesterday, I also noticed that my menus have changed and extra buttons are added. Login and register buttons added to my main menu and added Login twice in my header menu. Could this be because of a theme update? The theme creator said that the issue isn’t with the theme when i contacted them.

if you used hide login plugin delete it so its will be back to default wordpress path login page.or delete the theme that you use upload the new theme that updated if you use premuim theme if will solve your problem.

go to your control panel find the plugin the hide your login page if you use that? delete the old theme and used the default wordpress theme and look if your admin page backdoor in wordpress appear to login or still blank page.

you delete the old theme so you can login to your admin dashboard and install again to your site the theme that updated, site is already there the only problem how can you login to admin backdoor you have modified your php function ,its always advice here that any update wordpress or plugin you have to back up your data base so you can restore anytime.

Thank you. The issue was a plugin titled 2J Gallery. when I updated wordpress the plugin caused an unexpected output error and it disabled login capabilities. Fixed it by going into my cpanel and deactivating all plugins and then removing this plugin.
