Can not log in word press!

I know this has been discussed numerous times but I have yet to find an answer.

Redirecting the URL and lost to access to my site, managed to view via the web at chigwelltkd.com/wordpress/ but have lost all the styling from the theme.

Trying to log in to alter the site and my username and password are no longer recognised.

I’m not a code person but i have managed to view the PHP via my host and the info is correct but i am, still unable to view via wordpress admin.

can anyone help?
