Can not log in as admin even though using corret password

I last logged into https://www.trackingsharks.com on Saturday or Monday. After checking the comments, I logged out. Today when I tried to log in I couldn’t. I reset my password and tried again, yet was still unable to log in.
When I type the new password in, the login page https://www.trackingsharks.com/wp-login.php just refreshes.
If I type the wrong password in, the screen shakes back and forth and gives an error that it is incorrect.
Anyone have any ideas?
