Can not locate the Add-ons interface inside the plugin

All addons only work with the pro version of WooRewards.

Thank you for your reply. If I want to ask if a feature is avaliable in the free or the pro version should I ask here, or on the Contact us page of the plugin?

All the features of the free version are displayed in this plugin’s page description. In addition, there’s a dedicated page on the website’s documentation for the free version : https://plugins.longwatchstudio.com/kb/wr-mr-initial-settings/
Everything that isn’t in this part of the documentation is part of the pro version.

Ok. So if i want to send email reminders to my customers to inform them that they have unused coupons or that they need X more points to have a coupon, this is all covered by the emails that you say on the site. Is that correct?

If I may quote from the emails section on the site

Send informative emails to your customers. Points they earn when placing an order, rewards they have access to or reward expirations are some of the possibilities

If I did not understand that correctly, please let me know, as it is not specified somewhere, or at least I could not find it.

In the free version, you can send an email to inform customers that they have unlocked a new reward.

I’m not allowed to discuss pro version features in this support forum.

However, there’s no version where you can send an email to tell people they need X more points to get a coupon. Regarding the unused coupon, it’s not available in the free version.
