can not (it's not possible) change Confirmation / Unsubscribe / Profile pages :(

I would like to change Confirmation page, Unsubscribe page and Profile page of MailPoet (Wysija) plug-in (at my site Vedavrat.org).
I tried to use this instructions:

Problems are the same for changing of the Confirmation page, the Unsubscribe page, and the Profile page…
